WEST Triboji Beach Club Cottage off West Lake Okoboji

While this is a well situated and convenient house, it has lots of quirks. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main level. The third bedroom is tucked away in a downstairs location and the second bath is even further downstairs. The floor on the main level is not level- it slopes and I don't think it was intended. The living room is separated from the dining area and kitchen by a 2/- inch step that is often a surprise. The ceiling in the kitchen requires bending over at the sink for anyone six foot or taller and this is true for the shower in the main floor bath also. There is no dishwasher. We didn't cook but there appeared to be pots and pan and serving plates, but other than a couple of salt and pepper shakers, there is nothing else (oil, spices, etc) in the kitchen. If there is television service, I was unable to find it....but that's likely on me. I stayed there in mid to late September with some stormy weather. Situated under a large walnut tree, the falling walnuts met the metal roofed house with quite the bang...day and night. The house was very convenient to my outings, had a nice washer/dryer setup, was very clean, was dry and there were ample towels.
