The Foxhole on East Lake Okoboji

Location is on the far north end of East Lake and the water off the dock is not really swimmable but we did bring paddle boards which were great in that area. Great fishing in the area for kids. Nice bed set up for larger groups. The biggest amenity that we appreciated was the boat hoist. While it wasn’t really set up for our ski boat, we made it work and loved the convenience of being able to jump on our boat whenever. Overall it worked very well for our multi-generational family stay in the beautiful Okoboji area.

Location was perfect. Walkable to hill st restaurants. Lawn hosted our weekend overlooking the water perfectly. House was great with lots of room. 10/10

Pleasantly surprised! I was a little concerned after booking because it seemed so affordable. I love this place. The views are understated in the listing. Just a great house for extended family to congregate.I am leaving the following information not to disparage the renters, but just to give helpful information to future travelers. There wasn't any extra anything that you may have come to expect from other rentals. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, etc. but don't expect any coffee, etc. We will definitely be back, but this time with kids. There's so much to do in the area, and I thought it to be very affordable. Highly recommend.

The house was great. It was clean and there was enough room for our multi-family group! The house is right on the water and our kids loved going out and fishing off of the dock. Would highly recommend.

Nicely furnished. Beautiful view. Check-in and out was easy.
