Cass Bay Retreat at Stone Fountain

My family and friends (7 guests total) really enjoyed our stay at Cass Bay Retreat! The location on Hwy 71 is fantastic - next door to the amusement park, a short walk from the boardwalk, and a slightly longer walk (about a half mile) from Central Emporium. The unit was very clean and large living room and dining room table were perfect for our gathering! We also enjoyed the patio - large wicker loveseat and chairs with thick cushions for four and enough additional patio chairs for the rest of our group. The management staff was very easy to work with and had a lot of recommendations for local food and attractions. Stone Fountain will be the first place we look to stay on our next trip to Okoboji!

Great place in a perfect location!

Positive: The space was very comfortable, and the location was excellent! Very nice unit! Negative: The kitchen counter had a bunch of crumbs on it and the wastebasket had trash (coffee grounds) in it at our arrival. Nothing major...just wanted to point out.

What an awesome property!! We are lifelong Okoboji fans and visit a few times a year and this was one of our favorite trips. The condo is in a PERFECT location - walkable to almost everything. Very clean and comfortable - we had 5 adults and there was so much room to enjoy and relax. Check-in was a breeze, the unit is well stocked and so quiet. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful - we had a self-inflicted small emergency and they bailed us out right away! HIGHLY recommend this property and we will absolutely stay here again if it's available!

This was our girl weekend for 3 years in a row. Will do it again for 2026. Love Love it !
