Sandy Beach Retreat on Big Spirit Lake

The bed in the master bedroom was not good. It really needs to be replaced. It would help a lot if there was a diagram showing the rooms and where the sleeping beds actually are in relation to the bedrooms. The loft area is great for kids but with one other bedroom in that area the tiny bathroom becomes a little crowded. The area is very nice and quiet. There is plenty of room inside and out for lots of people. The kitchen is large and is fully equipped. Parking was great. Grocery stores only a few minutes away. Nice place for a big family get together overall.

We had a great time during our stay, any issues that needed addressing were taken care of in a timely Fashion. Cost for the time there was ok, needs to be updated and deep cleaned inside and out, First impressions at the front door and over flowing garbage from the past guests that stayed during our full stay and stunk every time we went outside in front. I understand trying to flip between guests gets hard maybe they need to add an extra to the cleaning crew. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for a group our size. I would recommend this to friends and family despite the lack of curb appeal.

This is a great home for a family gathering! Lots of beds & space. The location was great! Beautiful and a great relaxing getaway! Our suggestions for improvements:The internet strength was not great if you have to work. Being on the lake the windows were all very dirty and the outdoor furniture needs cleaning as well as the floors but we still had a wonderful time!It was a wonderful place and very comfortable for all our family to gather together for a fun family reunion!

Loved the home! Common blue bathroom needs walls washed! Shoreline was very rocky…need swim shoes! Luckily there were some there that we were able to use!! Had a wonderful time, but wished for less stormy weather.

It was a great stay for a family of 14. 8 adults and 6 kids
